Order Processing and Shipping Time

Once you've placed your order, please allow 24-48 business hours for processing and production before your shipment is dispatched.

Shipping Duration

For deliveries within Jordan, the average shipping time is 2 to 3 business days. Please note that external factors such as natural disasters, holidays, or severe weather conditions may cause occasional delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as this is subject to the performance of the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it without incurring any penalty. If the item has already been shipped, please email us with the subject line "CANCEL" to initiate the cancellation process.

Incorrect Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please respond to your order confirmation email with the corrected details. We can amend the address within 12 hours of receiving your request. After this period, we may not be able to make changes.

Damaged Items

Despite our best efforts to package items securely, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with the following information:

• Your order number
• A photograph of the damaged item

We will gladly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
